In the process of work, we firmly grasp the strategic positioning of the "four centers" city, focus on promoting new industrialization through technological innovation, highlight the forward-looking layout of new quality productivity, pay attention to high-end development, highlight digital empowerment and intelligent development, highlight low-carbon emission reduction and green development, highlight regional coordination and cluster development. I hope to strengthen cooperation with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to jointly create a big article on empowering new industrialization with artificial intelligence that has the characteristics of the capital. We will rely on various innovative platforms to accelerate breakthroughs in key core technologies and strive to seize the global technological high ground. Take the lead in the layout of new infrastructure construction, strengthen the construction of computing facilities, advance the layout of 6G, satellite Internet and other network communication facilities, and strive to take the lead in building a "double megacity". Efforts will be made to demonstrate the construction of a global benchmark city for the digital economy, actively promote the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy, advance the "Artificial Intelligence+" action plan, create more commercial demonstration projects, and form a rich application scenario system. Reform and explore the construction of industrial ecology, create a market-oriented, rule of law, convenient, and international first-class business environment, accelerate the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents and urgently needed talents in the artificial intelligence industry, hold the Global Digital Economy Conference, Robot Conference, and Intelligent Connected Vehicle Conference well, deepen the collaborative innovation and industrial cooperation in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region, and strengthen the layout of the "six chains and five groups" industry. Beijing will further improve the level of "four services", perfect the liaison service mechanism, focus on key areas of cooperation, continue to optimize relevant support policies, and create a better environment for the development of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and institutions in Beijing.
Jin Zhuanglong stated that the industrial and information systems should deeply study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on new industrialization, fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee, conscientiously implement the deployment of the National Conference on the Promotion of New Industrialization, make every effort to promote stable growth of the industrial economy, implement the action of high-quality development of key manufacturing industry chains, accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system with advanced manufacturing as the backbone, deeply promote the integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation, promote the deep integration of informatization and industrialization, promote high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises, promote green and low-carbon development of industry, and enhance the modernization level of industry governance. Yin Yong pointed out that currently, Beijing is vigorously strengthening the construction of the "four centers" function, improving the level of "four services", and striving to promote the high-quality development of the capital. In this process, we vigorously promote technological innovation, continuously cultivate and strengthen high-precision and cutting-edge industries, and develop new quality productive forces according to local conditions. We hope that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Beijing will further deepen cooperation in promoting the process of empowering new industrialization with artificial intelligence, strengthen the construction of industry common capability platforms, and continue to lay out a number of joint research and development, pilot testing, production and manufacturing platforms for empowering new industrialization with artificial intelligence in Beijing. Expand the application scenarios of artificial intelligence around key areas such as embodied intelligent robots and new energy intelligent vehicles, and support the construction of the Beijing National Artificial Intelligence Innovation Application Pilot Zone. Unveiling ceremony
After the meeting, leaders from various cities jointly unveiled the plaque for the national and local joint construction of embodied intelligent robot innovation centers. The Beijing Intelligent Robot Innovation Center was established in November last year in the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is the first innovation center in China that focuses on the core technology, product research and development, and application ecosystem construction of intelligent robots. Jointly established by industry-leading enterprises, we are committed to becoming an industry resource organizer, industry development cultivator, and application promoter in the field of embodied intelligence, creating a globally influential source of embodied intelligence innovation and application demonstration highland.
