The Pile Machinery Branch of China Construction Machinery Industry Association organized three sessions of four member representative conferences and 2024 annual meetings in Ningbo, Zhejiang from October 27 to 29, 2024, with the aim of strengthening exchanges and cooperation within the industry and jointly promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the pile machinery sub industry.
This annual meeting is hosted by the Pile Machinery Branch of the China Construction Machinery Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the Branch), organized by Beijing Tianshi Huagong International Exhibition Co., Ltd. and Beijing Xiehui Navigation Advertising Media Co., Ltd., and co organized by Fujian Xiaxing Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Jinyayi Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd., Wenzhou Ruiji Technology Co., Ltd., Yining Hydraulic Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Zhongrui Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. and other units.
The conference theme is "Craftsmanship builds foundation, wisdom controls the future", covering the exploration of the characteristics of the pile machinery industry, analysis of market structure and its evolution, diversified product development, and experience sharing of industry enterprises. Yin Xiaoli, Deputy Secretary General of the China Construction Machinery Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association), Cui Taigang, Branch President, Huang Zhiming, Secretary General, and Guo Chuanxin, Deputy Secretary General, as well as invited guests, nearly 100 representatives from the Vice President and Director units of the Branch, member units, and co organizers attended the conference.
Yin Xiaoli analyzed the main characteristics, challenges, and future development trends of the economic operation of the construction machinery industry in the report. She pointed out that the entire industry has implemented an innovation driven development strategy, adhered to the "four orientations", continuously accelerated the pace of independent innovation, strengthened cooperation between industry, academia, research and application, continuously accelerated the speed of digital transformation and intelligent improvement, achieved significant results in green development, further optimized the industrial chain and supply chain, made new breakthroughs in the research and development of high-end components, continuously launched major technological equipment into the market, continuously enhanced the international competitiveness of enterprises, and achieved significant growth in exports, playing an outstanding market support role. The overall economic operation of the industry is in line with expectations.
She believes that the construction machinery industry as a whole will show a stable and positive trend, and should have firm confidence in development, actively seize the opportunities of the new round of technological revolution, industrial transformation, and green low-carbon development, cultivate and strengthen new driving forces for industry development, develop new quality productivity, and comprehensively promote the high-quality development of the construction machinery industry.
Cui Taigang delivered a report titled "Building the Future, Leading the New Development of Intelligent Pile Machinery", which deeply analyzed the development trends of the pile machinery industry and emphasized the important role of intelligence and greenness in promoting high-quality development of the industry. He proposed that in the future, the pile driving machinery industry will pay more attention to technological innovation and industrial upgrading, improve equipment performance, efficiency, and safety through the application of intelligent technology, and actively promote green and low-carbon development to achieve sustainable development of the industry.
Guo Chuanxin presented the latest achievements in technological innovation of pile driving machinery in the report, including intelligent control systems, efficient and energy-saving power systems, as well as the research and application of new types of pile driving machinery. He pointed out that the continuous emergence of these new technologies has injected new vitality into the development of pile driving machinery and provided strong support for the high-quality and sustainable development of the industry.
Fang Jianxian delivered a keynote report titled "How to Utilize Overseas Digital Marketing Tools to Achieve Performance Growth", introducing the important role of digital marketing in expanding overseas markets and sharing successful cases and experiences in digital marketing. He stated that through precise market positioning, effective marketing strategies, and efficient marketing tools, companies can better expand their overseas markets and achieve rapid growth in performance.
The opening ceremony of the conference was presided over by Huang Zhiming, the secretary general of the branch, and a special report was given. Through rethinking the characteristics of the piling machinery industry, product technology logic, marketing behavior, company business objectives, and the evolution of enterprise management concepts and behaviors in the workplace, the profound changes in the market demand structure faced by the industry were outlined. It is necessary to break free from the constraints of traditional thinking inertia, introduce more rational analysis and judgment, and achieve healthy development of the industry and enterprises.
High level Forum (1)
Two high-level forums were set up at the annual meeting. The first forum, with the theme of "Reflection, Breakthrough, and Reconstruction", was chaired by the branch president Cui Taigang. Sun Xiaojun, General Manager of Xuzhou Xugong Basic Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd., Li Liwan, General Manager of Shanghai Jintai Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd., Zhang Liang, Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Zoomlion Heavy Industry Pile Machinery Co., Ltd., Li Changjian, Assistant General Manager of Shanhe Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., and Wang Chunyue, Deputy General Manager of Marketing Company of Beijing Sany Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd., were invited to attend. The forum conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as re understanding of industry characteristics, product diversification and reconstruction, market globalization and its insights.
High level Forum (2)
The second high-level forum, with the theme of "Going Global, How to Go", was chaired by Huang Zhiming, Secretary General of the branch. Cui Xu, President of Baoge China Group in China, Xin Peng, Chairman of Jiangsu Taixin Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., Yao Jiong, Executive Director and General Manager of Lu Yinghui International Machinery (Wuxi) Co., Ltd., Zhou Hua, General Manager of Jiangsu Anteng Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd., and Li Zhi, Deputy General Manager of Hunan Youzuan Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. were invited to attend. The forum focused on the international business of companies in the industry, and guests shared real cases of companies expanding their overseas business, exploring the key areas that need to be paid attention to in promoting overseas business.
During the conference, representatives also visited Wenzhou Ruiji Technology Co., Ltd., Yining Hydraulic Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Zhongrui Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. and other enterprises, and visited and exchanged the latest progress and achievements of these enterprises in technological innovation, product quality, market expansion and other aspects.
The second meeting of the fourth session of the third council of the Pile Machinery Branch of the Association was held on the afternoon of October 27, 2024. The meeting reported on the work of the branch secretariat, conveyed the relevant content of the association branch work meeting, deployed the preparation of the "15th Five Year Plan" development plan for the construction machinery industry, and discussed the direction for improving the work of the council and secretariat.
The 2024 Annual Meeting of the Pile Machinery Branch of the Association provides a platform for communication and cooperation among enterprises in the industry, and points out the direction for the development of the pile machinery sub industry. Participants expressed that they will take this conference as an opportunity to strengthen cooperation and communication, and jointly promote the high-quality and sustainable development of the pile machinery industry.
